Refunds and Returns
Need to return something that is damaged? isn't as you expected? or is the wrong size? Not a problem!
What can be returned?
If your order is faulty or broken, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If you'd like to change the sizes or would like to return the item, we are happy to exchange the size or refund you for the product as long as it is in new condition.
If you received free shipping we will refund you for the product minus the shipping incured by Market Sports Online
What is considered NEW condition
Packaging needs to be intact and item within it. No smell, including fragances, on the item. No dents, marks, or cuts should be visible.
When do items need to be returned by?
If there is a problem with your order, you need to contact us within 90 days from purchase date.

All returns are to be sent to Market Sports Online,

How do customers return items?
Email us on support@marketsports.com.au. We will give you all instructions via email.
Shipping for returns?
If the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or return it for a refund, you will cover the shipping to us. However, we will cover the shipping back to you with your exchanged item/s.
Credit for returns?
The money will be returned back to your credit card or Paypal account once the item is received back.
Afterpay Surcharges
If your return / refund is approved please note that Marketsports.com.au will refund you the cost of your order, less any payment surcharges incurred for using Afterpay to process your transaction which are non refundable to us from Afterpay - currently 6.88% of the transactional value
