Shipping

We know you will want to have your goods as quickly as possible. As soon as we receive your cleared payment funds and if your product(s) are in stock, we will email you a shipping and payment notice confirming that the items have shipped. (This email notice is our acceptance of your order.)

In-stock orders normally ship from us within 1-2 business days of you placing your order. Back-Order orders will ship once the item is back in stock - however, we will keep you fully up to date with how your order is progressing, and once your order is ready we will send you the shipping notification.

For domestic shipments, we use Couriers Please for standard parcel delivery to capital cities (except for PO Boxes), and Australia Post for rural areas and express deliveries. Our warehouse is now based on the Gold Coast, enhancing our logistics and distribution capabilities.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Parcel Delivery (within Australia): We ship through Couriers Please and Australia Post, depending on your location. This service includes online tracking and a signed-for service. You can expect delivery within 1-9 working days from the dispatch date.
  • EXPRESS Parcel Delivery (within Australia): Available for faster delivery needs and also shipped via Australia Post eParcel EXPRESS. This service also includes online tracking and a signed-for service.

If you're not home upon delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your shipment from your local Australia Post office.

International Delivery (outside Australia) via Express:

  • We offer shipping to selected countries online via Express; including New Zealand, Asia, USA, Canada, and Europe. This service comes with Express delivery and full tracking door to door.

*Based on an order being 1Kg in weight/volume, additional freight costs may be required if your order exceeds this weight.

PLEASE NOTE: Any import duties are the responsibility of the receiver. If these are payable, you will be contacted directly by the courier in your country for payment.

If you require overseas delivery to any other country not listed on the checkout, please contact us at support@marketsports.com.au prior to placing your order, and we'll let you know what the associated postage costs will be.

eParcel Tracking Service All orders can be tracked online by entering the tracking number from your dispatched email.

Refunds and Returns Need to return something that is damaged, isn't as you expected, or is the wrong size? Here's what you can do:

  • What can be returned: If your order is faulty or broken, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If you'd like to change the sizes or would like to return the item, we are happy to exchange the size or refund you for the product as long as it is in new condition.
  • When do items need to be returned by: Contact us within 90 days from the purchase date.
  • Where do items need to be returned to: Market Sports Online, 6/44 Bailey Crescent, Southport, 4215 QLD, Australia.

Shipping for returns: If the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping. For size exchanges or returns for a refund, you cover the shipping to us, but we cover the shipping back to you with your exchanged item(s).

Credit for returns: The money will be returned back to your credit card or Paypal account once the item is received back.

Afterpay Surcharges: If your return/refund is approved, please note that Marketsports.com.au will refund you the cost of your order, less any payment surcharges incurred for using Afterpay, currently 6.88% of the transactional value.
