Shipping & Returns


We know you will want to have your goods as quickly as possible, so as soon as we received your cleared payment funds and if your product(s) are in stock, we will email you a shipping and payment notice confirming that the items have shipped.  (This email notice is our acceptance of your order.)

In-stock orders normally ship from us within 1-2 business days of you placing your order. Back-Order orders will ship once the item is back in stock - however, we will keep you fully up to date with how your order is progressing, and once your order is ready we will send you the shipping notification. ships domestically through Australia Post eParcel standard service by default, so we'd expect you to take delivery within 1- 9 working days from the dispatch date (depending where you are in Australia).  If you require it faster, we also offer the eParcel EXPRESS service.

Both services offer full parcel tracking, so you you can keep fully up to date with the status of your delivery

If you're not home upon delivery - not a problem, a card will be left for you to collect your shipment from your local Australia Post office.

All international orders are sent via DHL Express delivery

Standard Parcel Delivery (within Australia)

Our standard shipping price varies based on the size and weight of the order. This is automatically calculated for you when you are in the Checkout page. This service includes >online tracking and a signed for service.

EXPRESS Parcel Delivery (within Australia)

Want your order to be delivered faster? Not a problem - we can offer you the EXPRESS service for an additional charge as per below. This service includes online tracking and a signed for service and means you'll take receipt of your order much quicker than the standard parcel service.

Please check your delivery post code to make sure the eParcel Express service is available in your area for items which are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

International Delivery (outside Australia) via TNT / DHL Express

We're pleased to now offer shipping to selected countries online via DHL Express; New Zealand, Asia, USA, Canada and Europe. This service comes with Express delivery and with full tracking door to door, so you'll know exactly when your items will arrive to you. International deliveries will not be covered by insurance for fragile products (Ie. glassware, ceramic items)

*Based on an order being 1Kg in weight / volume, if your order exceeds this weight then we may ask for additional freight costs prior to sending.

Refunds and Returns

Need to return something that is damaged? isn't as you expected? or is the wrong size? Not a problem!

What can be returned?

If your order is faulty or broken, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If you'd like to change the sizes or would like to return the item, we are happy to exchange the size or refund you for the product as long as it is in new condition.

If you received free shipping we will refund you for the product minus the shipping incured by Market Sports Online

What is considered NEW condition

Packaging needs to be intact and item within it. No smell, including fragances, on the item. No dents, marks, or cuts should be visible.

When do items need to be returned by?

If there is a problem with your order, you need to contact us within 90 days from purchase date.

Shipping for returns?

If the wrong item was sent, we will cover the return shipping. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or return it for a refund, you will cover the shipping to us. However, we will cover the shipping back to you with your exchanged item/s.

Credit for returns?

The money will be returned back to your credit card or Paypal account once the item is received back.

Afterpay Surcharges

If your return / refund is approved please note that will refund you the cost of your order, less any payment surcharges incurred for using Afterpay to process your transaction which are non refundable to us from Afterpay - currently 6.88% of the transactional value
